About The Thousand Palms Area

The homes available in Thousand Palms that are not in developments range from small single family homes to large, custom homes on up to 10 acres.

Roughly located with Ramon Rd. to the South, Rio Del Sol to the West, 30th to the North and Via Las Palmas to the East, the area of the Valley is inhabited by an eclectic mix of people.

Single Family residences on lovely streets are available..many relatively new or remodeled for very reasonable prices starting at approx. $60,000.

There are also semi-custom estate homes on much larger parcels of land ranging from 10,000 sf to 15,000 sf. Some of these homes were built as recently as 2008 and 2009. Then you may move up to the really large parcels of equestrian zoned homes. These are further East and Northerly and comprise anywhere from 2-10 acres!
