About The PGA West Nicklaus Tournament Course Neighborhood
The Nick Tourney neighborhood offers both Condominiums for those seeking a smaller, cozy property, and also single family homes for year round residents or winter “snowbirds”.
The entry to the Nick Tournament neighborhood is straight down PGA Blvd, which is accessed from Jefferson Ave. south. Community Pools and spas are sprinkled throughout the neighborhood for a quick dip, and residents have access through a private gate adjacent to the Clubhouse.
The Nick Tourney course is unique in that it features two island greens. The enormous and undulating double-greens of holes 9 & 18, are perfectly viewed from the Stadium Clubhouse.
