About The PGA West Greg Norman Course Neighborhood
The gated entry to the Norman course is off of Madison St.. Take Jefferson St. South from Interstate 10 or Hwy 111, to 54th to Madison. Single Family homes are situated both on the Fairway and off, and because this is one of the newer courses at PGA West, there are some stunning values on these homes built from 2002-2006.
