About The Palms Golf Club Neighborhood

The Palms Golf Club sits on approximately 150 acres located adjacent to the Weiskopf and Nicklaus Resort courses at PGA West.  Entry is on Airport Ave. between 58th and Monroe St.  The Quarry is about two miles Southwest and The Plantation is about two miles North on Monroe.  The Palms is a gated community, that has earned it’s reputation for being one of the deserts’ best golfing experiences.

This is a Golfer’s paradise!  The Palms is an equity club, member owned and operated.  Designed by Fred Couples and Brian Curley, it’s a beautiful setting.  This single member membership structure eliminates the need for tee times.  Guests are limited to six visits per season.  All rounds are played in three hours fifty minutes or less.  The fast, bent grass greens, lush fairways and courteous play make it a personal best.

The Palms “core golf layout” features the course as the center of the community, with just 101 homes around it’s outside perimeter.  More than 2,000 date palms, 1,000 desert mesquite trees and hundreds of fruit bearing citrus give the course a unique flavor.  Three creeks wind through the community.  Players may walk or ride golf carts.

Single family residences include Golf Villas, semi-custom homes, custom homes and lots.  The Golf Club is separate from the home community and membership is available to homeowners, but not required.  There is even a private dog park!

  • Golf Villas: Built in 2001-2002 as the original homes at the Palms.  Villas have East facing views with two to four bedrooms.  Approx 2,400 sf to 3,100 sf
  • Semi-Custom Homes:  Located both on the fairway and off, the semi-custom homes were built from 2004 to 2008.  Four floor plans ranging from approx. 2500 sf to approx 4100 sf.
