La Quinta Fairways is a bit of a secret in our desert area. Located off of 50th Avenue, which is a main East/West artery, this communities’ central location is supurb. Approximately 10 minutes from Hwy 111 and approx. 20 minutes from Interstate 10, and around the corner from Old Town La Quinta, La Quinta Fairways is quiet, yet very accessible.

The community is gated, and opens onto a quiet side street, Park Ave., which makes it desirable for families with children and pets..less traffic. Once inside the guard gates, you will find single family homes only. No condos. The homes are one and two story, built from approx. 1991, and located both on and off the golf course.

La Quinta Fairways is adjacent to the La Quinta Resort and Club. Several of the golf holes of the resort’s Dunes course wind through this private community. Public play is available thorough the Resort for both the Dunes and Mountain Courses, and La Quinta’s public course, SilverRock is about 10 minutes away.

No Clubhouse or fitness facilities here, but both are available at the Resort, and your HOA’s are consequently much lower at La Quinta Fairways!
